An independent, longitudinal design research project examining problematic childhood behaviors, in collaboration with University of Washington Design and iSchool faculty and students at Tacoma's Charles Wright Academy, resulted in a commercial prototype product for children with accompanying caregiver app to reduce device-based sleep disruption. The product incentivizes children to self-moderate device use, rewarding them for putting their phones to bed.
